While diagnoses and labels might help with treatment planning, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to the human mind. I've dealt with thousands of patients over the course of my 11 years of professional expertise, all of them have tried various ways at various times in their lives. I recognise that what works for some patients may not work for others, which is why I design individualised treatment regimens based on each patient's specific requirements, preferences, and circumstances.
